Change your shape to fit approaching obstacles. The task is to recognize the opening, choose the matching form and complete the change before contact.

A plan for your first session
Keep your eyes slightly ahead of the player so the next opening is visible early. Make one deliberate shape choice for that obstacle, then begin reading the following one after you pass.
A mistake to watch for
Changing form repeatedly near the obstacle often replaces a correct early choice with a late mistake. Separate recognition from execution: name the opening mentally, then choose the form.
Try this practice exercise
For one run, focus on identifying each opening as early as possible. If you fail, note whether you misread the shape or reacted after you had already recognized it.
Why do I fail after choosing what looks like the right shape?
Check both the chosen form and when the change occurred. A correct selection made after contact cannot solve the obstacle you just reached.
