One game, or every game?
Note the game’s name and the step where it stopped working, then return to the home page and try another title. If only one game fails, try it later and report its name. If several fail, investigate your connection and browser. Reloading interrupts the current session and may lose unsaved progress, so check before you refresh.
Change one thing at a time
Close tabs you no longer need and reopen the game. Then try another up-to-date browser. Test after each change and note what happened: that makes the useful change easier to identify and gives a support report more context. Avoid clearing all website data as a first step, since some games store progress in the browser.
Check extensions in Firefox
Mozilla’s Troubleshoot Mode temporarily disables extensions, uses the default theme and turns off hardware acceleration. If the problem disappears there, investigate those factors individually. Opening Troubleshoot Mode is different from choosing Refresh Firefox, which resets browser settings. Check the option carefully before continuing.
Investigate graphics settings when the picture breaks
Mozilla notes that some graphics processor and driver combinations can have display problems with hardware acceleration. Firefox users can follow the official guide to turn it off temporarily, restart and test again. Restore the setting if it does not help. Other browsers use different menus. If the issue remains, contact us with your device, browser version and any error message.
