First check where your input is going
A browser game often runs inside an embedded frame. The page around it and the game itself are separate interactive areas. If arrow keys scroll the page instead of controlling the game, click or tap inside the game once and try again. Make sure you have actually started the game and dismissed its own instructions. A visible title screen is not necessarily an active round. Avoid rapidly clicking through dialogs before reading what they request.
Match the input to the game
A touch action, a mouse drag and a keyboard press are different inputs. Read the game's own control screen instead of assuming that a familiar-looking genre uses familiar keys. For a one-touch timing game such as Cerkio, a deliberate single action is a useful check. For a driving game, confirm movement controls before starting a timed mode. If a game offers a touch layout, make sure it has appeared properly before judging the desktop controls on a phone.
Check pause and layout next
Returning from another tab or closing a full-screen view may leave the game paused or out of focus. Look for a resume button, then interact inside the frame again. On a phone, check whether a navigation bar or an orientation message covers part of the game. Rotate only when the game supports it, and return to the expected orientation if controls disappear. These checks help distinguish an input problem from a layout problem without clearing data or losing progress.
Report a reproducible symptom
If the issue persists, record the game name, device, browser, input attempted and visible result. A report such as arrow keys scroll the page after I press Start is more actionable than controls broken. Try one other game to see whether the issue is specific to the current title. Reload only after considering any unsaved progress. If you use a different browser as a comparison, remember that its saved game data may differ. AXPlay cannot inspect the inside of every third-party frame, so a clear reproduction helps identify which provider behavior needs attention.
